Stairways Behavioral Health (SBH) is an innovative provider of community-based mental health services that employ best practices to support recovery and wellness. Annually serving more than 10,000 individuals, SBH is a private nonprofit organization that assists persons with mental health care needs at any stage of life in their recovery by providing comprehensive rehabilitation, treatment and supports for living, working, learning and participating fully in community. SBH is a five-time recipient of the Best Places to Work in Pa. and employs over 350 full-time staff, contributing significantly to the economic stability of the Erie community.
