Mission

To serve as a vehicle for change and empowerment of Erie's Black Community through cultivating meaningful relationships, education of members, the creation of social networks and the promotion of black entrepreneurship.

Programs and Services

  • The Credit Education Workshop addresses the history of credit, how to repair and maintain good credit, & provides selected participants with free credit repair services for 6 months.
  • The Budgeting Workshop is aimed at the entire family and addresses the importance of financial planning while on a low or fixed income.
  • The Pathway to Home Ownership Series address the basics of the home purchasing process and provides selected participants with $5000 towards the down payment or closing costs of their first home within the county of Erie.
  • The Business Training Series consists of educational sessions about business basics.
