Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority (ECGRA) is an economic and community development impact investor and grantmaker whose mission is to elevate Erie County by galvanizing nonprofits and small businesses toward economic and community development. Since 2008, ECGRA has invested more than $36 million in Erie County. ECGRA partners with The Erie Community Foundation through joint funding of deserving human service grants. In 2015, ECGRA helped the Foundation’s Shaping tomorrow grants by matching our $500,000 investment. Together we awarded $1 million dollars to support four deserving projects: Tech After Hours, GOCollege, Expanded School-Based Health Centers and Character Be About It.
