PA Secretary of the Department of Public Welfare to Visit Erie
The Erie Community Foundation & The United Way of Erie County will be hosting the visit of the Honorable Estelle Richman, Pennsylvania Secretary of the Department of Public Welfare on Tuesday, May 20th from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the H.O. Hirt Auditorium at the Blasco Library. Ms. Richman will present the 2008-2009 Pennsylvania budgets, and she will discuss the importance of early childhood development in Pennsylvania.
