Format Requirements

• Please type all sections of application
• Single space lines
• Please number all the pages of narrative
• Grant Summary Sheet (1 page limit)
• Proposal Narrative (5 page limit)
• Budget Worksheet (1 page limit)

Your application will be compared to all of those submitted under the same program area. Applications not including these items will be returned. All applicants are strongly encouraged to e-mail David González, program officer or call (814) 454-0843, prior to submitting an application.

In the spirit of community cooperation and open communication, we do exchange information with other community funding sources and corporations.

All submissions must be formatted using the Grant Summary Sheet, Budget Worksheet, and the Proposal Narrative.
