Project Plan

  • Feasible
  • Meets need
  • Does not replicate existing services
  • Demonstrates collaboration
  • Is new or innovative

Impact

  • Serves a broad number of people
  • Creates or improves quality services and programs for underserved population
  • Has long-lasting and meaningful community impact

Organization

  • Has established track record and necessary expertise concerning area of proposed project
  • Strong governance
  • Sound fiscal condition

Budget

  • Clear
  • Appropriate for number served
  • Appropriate request in relation to total project cost
  • Has financial/in-kind support from other sources

Evaluation

  • Clear plan with identified goals, objectives, and indicators with which to measure project effectiveness

Sustainability

  • Realistic plan for future of funding
