It's recommended that you use the most updated version of your web browser when completing the online grant application.
If you've never applied to the Erie Community Foundation via our online application process, you will need to set up an account first. Follow the instructions on the Login screen to register.
Please be sure to enter all registration data accurately as some sections will become locked upon submission. If you need assistance creating your account or accessing an application, please contact a Program Officer.
Be advised that you will need to upload the following documents with your application:
Helping Today (Basic Needs or Great Ideas)
- IRS 501( c)(3) determination letter
- Letter (s) support/collaboration
- Your agency’s Board of Directors list and contact information
Shaping Tomorrow
- IRS 501( c)(3) determination letter
- Annual report
- Letter (s) support/collaboration
- Your agency’s Board of Directors list and contact information
- Most recent organization financial review/audit (please see below)
Acceptable Financial Statements:
